Prolyncs provides a built-in marketing feature for running email campaigns during ongoing promotional events at your business. To set up a campaign, choose a template from our catalogue or create one using the email template tool. Next, select the predefined customer group that will receive the promotional email, and set the launch date and time.
Here's how to set up Email Marketing:
Step 1: Go to “Email Marketing”, then “Templates”, this will be the place where you will find all the templates for emails that you will create. Now click “Add template”
Step 2: Enter the name of the template, Click “Save Changes”
Step 3: Click on “Edit” button to start making changes to the blank template.
Step 4: Now you can see the blank page, we will not add content to it
Step 5: On the top left, Click “All”, then “Title, Subtitle, Paragraph” to see all the premade components of that category
Step 6: Click on any title components that you like and drag it to the main canvas.
Step 7: The component now has been added to the main canvas.
Step 8: Click on the element in the canvas, Change the text to the desired content. You also have the option to change the font style, and colour, and even write raw html code for even finer control over the design.
Step 9: Lets now add and body description with an image, go back to the category drop down on top left, select “Images + Description”
Step 10: Click on any descriptive components that you like and drag it to the main canvas below the title.
Step 11: Click on the element in the canvas, and change the text to the desired content.
Step 12: Now it's time to change the button, select the button, and click on “Edit”
Step 13: Add the Link that would be open when the button is pressed by the customer from the email, add the text, and the option to open the link in a new tab
Step 14: We can now add a custom image to the image box, select the image and click on the photo icon to upload the image.
Step 15: We are all set with our template now it's time to see how it would look on the customer’s email box. Click on the “Preview” button to see the preview.
Step 16: This is the landscape view of the email, click on the cell phone icon to see how it would look on mobile devices.

Can I change the name of the template later? Yes, you can change the name of the template at any time.
How can I remove the component from the canvas? Yes, you can remove the component from the canvas, just click on the delete icon to remove it from the canvas
How can I change the font size and weight? You can change the font size and weight using the tool on the right of the screen, play around the toolbar to find more ways to customise the design.
Can I have multiple descriptive components? Yes, you can have as many descriptive components in your canvas as you need.
Can I add a link to any website external to Prolnycs? Link to any website external to Prolnycs can definitely be added.
Do I need to crop the image before upload or will the tool take care of it on its own? No, you don't need to crop and adjust the images before uploading, you can easily crop the image by moving around the image to select the desired parts right from the tool.
Is there any limitation on file format? All major image formats are supported, but it's recommended to keep them light and small as larger files will take longer to load in an email.
Can I only preview after all the edits? No, you can preview the temple at any point to see how the design is coming together and make any necessary changes.
