How to Import Customers

Our service offers employers the seamless capability to import customers, simplifying and accelerating the onboarding process. Easily bring in customer details such as names, contact information, and preferences, enhancing your database with accuracy and efficiency.

Here's how to Import Customers:

Step 1: From the dashboard, go to the sidebar > Customers

 

Step 2: Click on “Import Customer”

 

Step 3: Download the sample excel file

 

Step 4: Add your customer details in the given format > Save the file

 

Step 5: Go back to the Prolyncs page, Click on “Import Customers” > Upload the excel file with customer data
 

 

Step 6: Customers have been successfully added

 

FAQ's:

Can I use a different format? No, the same format should be followed for customers to be added by the system.

Can I add more details about the customers? You cannot add more details about the customer through
